AEW TV DEAL ANNOUNCED
After months of speculation, AEW has announced their TV deal. Although no date has been given as the star date, All Elite Wrestling will air weekly matches later this year on TNT.
It will be the first time in 20 years that there will be wrestling on TNT. “AEW is introducing a new generation of wrestlers to fans, offering fun, gripping and authentic athletic matches that will make wrestling more accessible to a broad audience”.
This deal also includes an exclusive multi-platform access for fans including the Prime Time show on TNT, streaming service through WarnerMedia’s B/R Live, and Pay-Per-Views. B/R Live will also stream AEW’s Pay-Per-View, Double or Nothing, May 25th. The hour long pre-show, The Buy-In, will also stream on WarnerMedia and AEW’s social channels. This pre-show will include the “Casino (Battle) Royale which will have 21 wrestlers and the winner will become the number one contender for the AEW Championship!
