by Mike Slade, Founder of Uncanny Nerd
Jason Aaron, one of the most popular writers in comics, sat down with Slade from Uncanny Nerd while at All Star Comic Con the other week and discusses some about what it’s like being a writer for Marvel.
Jason talks a little bit about writing Thor: God of Thunder, his full run as helming The Mighty Thor with Jane Foster wielding Mjolnir, the newest Thor series, and the Avengers.
In a candid moment, Slade mentions the story arc surrounding the death of Jane Foster, “You know you made people cry right, with 705 and 706?”
“Sure, I cried writing it,” Jason replied, “absolutely, I think all of us who worked on the book cried.”
Jason also talks a little about what’s to come in Avengers, who he’s excited to write, and some other projects he’s working on.
